If someone says "RATHOLE" we should stop arguing immedialtely.

So basically parking lot item is when 
there is valid problem but it is related to
you not related to whole team and you are
wasting everyones time by discussing during
the meeting. It is better to take it parking lot 
and discuss about it after meeting ends.
