Official MongoDB Java Driver comes with utility methods for parsing JSON to BSON and serializing BSON to JSON.

import com.mongodb.DBObject;
import com.mongodb.util.JSON;

DBObject dbObj = ... ;
String json = JSON.serialize( dbObj );
DBObject bson = ( DBObject ) JSON.parse( json );
