Bulk blur automatically license/number plates

Found this old question in my homepage and I played little bit.

Passing an image to the Extraction.py like this python3 Extraction.py --image car.jpg it will trace a ROI around plates and automatically will open a preview like this.

I forked the project and I modified a little bit it, adding something like this:

I also modified the script so launching it overrides the original images. So be careful and make a copy before running it!
