	- Write a broad description for the team and responsible developer
	- Add steps how to reproduce again
	- Expected result
	- Actual result
	- Evidence (Screenshots, etc.)
	- Link your related Test as Linked Issue
	- Choose related developer as Assignee
    - Defect ID
    - Description
    - Version of the application
    - Date raised
	- Severity
    - Detected By
