Bootstrap 4 - Toggle button not working

You need to put:-

<script src="https://code.jquery.com/jquery-3.2.1.slim.min.js" integrity="sha384-KJ3o2DKtIkvYIK3UENzmM7KCkRr/rE9/Qpg6aAZGJwFDMVNA/GpGFF93hXpG5KkN" crossorigin="anonymous"></script>

Before all the other js files.

Then it will work.

Note:- Take care that jQuery core-library/base-library need to be added first and then only any other jQuery file/library can be added

Replace tags, first add jquery than bootstrap.js...

The order of files imported matters when you have some dependencies like bootstrap requires jquery to work.

If you use bootstrap 4 even bootstrap depends on tether which is required to be imported before bootstrap.
