"access denied" when installing Oracle Data Provider for entity framework

Open the path

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Xml\

Right click on

Schemas

folder and unset read-only checkbox, run the installer with admin rigths didn't work for me

Even after running as administrator, I still had to locate the file, in my case at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Xml\Schemas" open properties and uncheck read only. I ended up selecting all the files related to oracle in that directory and doing the same before I was able to get through the install.

I made the folder read/write -- fixed the problem
